Privacy Policy

This website is deliberately quiet. It sets no cookies, shows no consent banner because none is needed, embeds no social media and no advertising. Fonts, images and films are served from our own web space. The only measurement is a cookie-free visitor count that we run ourselves, described below.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you open a page, the web server processes technical data that your browser sends automatically: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site and to keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The host stores log files for a limited period and then deletes them.

Visitor statistics (Grynlume)

To understand which pages are read and whether the site works, we use Grynlume, a privacy-first web analytics tool that we develop and operate ourselves on our own server in Germany. It is not an advertising product, and the figures are not shared with or sold to anyone.

• No cookies, no fingerprinting, no profile. Nothing is stored on your device, and you are not recognised across websites or from one day to the next.
• What is recorded per page view: the address of the page, the page that referred you, campaign tags in the link if any, the width of your browser window, browser and operating system family, how far you scrolled and roughly how long the page was in view, and clicks on links that leave the site, on files, or on “Request access”.
• Your IP address is not stored. For a moment it is combined with your browser type, the site name and a random value that changes every day, and turned into an irreversible code used only to count one visitor once per day. The random value is deleted after at most two days, after which the code can no longer be linked to anything. We do not determine your location.
• Stored as statistics only. What remains are page-level entries without names, addresses or identifiers. They are kept for as long as they are useful for comparing periods and are not used for any other purpose.

Legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working, useful website measured in the least intrusive way available (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because nothing is stored on or read from your device for this purpose, no consent under § 25 TDDDG is required.

Requests to the statistics server pass through Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which protects that server and therefore technically processes your IP address in transit, as our processor. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU and participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Opting out of the statistics

You can switch the count off for this browser. The choice is remembered in your browser's local storage as a single entry (pa_ignore); it contains no personal data and is only ever read to honour your decision.

If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence only as long as the matter requires or the law demands.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, which includes the statistics described above. To exercise any of them, write to contact@commissionrouter.com. Please note that we cannot look up “your” statistics entries, because they cannot be linked to a person.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
